4. Secure your booking by paying a deposit.
Once your booking request is confirmed our terms and
conditions will be sent to you with details about
how to pay your deposit.
The balance is payable before your arrival.
Notes
- Breakfast is not provided but for those who enjoy a cooked breakfast you will find cafes only a few doors away.
- Linen is provided.
- A security bond is required as part of our terms and conditions.
Rates (from 1st July 2012)
Minimum stay: 2 nights
Peak: September - April
Weekend (Friday/Saturday) rate is $595 per night
Off Peak: May-August
Weekend (Friday/Saturday) rate is $505 per night
Mid week rate (Sunday-Thursday) is $425 per night
Weekly rentals are calculated at the mid week rate
